Britney Spears and paparazzo love Adnan Ghalib have been photographed shopping for pregnancy tests this past Sunday. And on Tuesday, Britney was flashing a huge diamond ring on her ring finger, suggesting she may now be engaged to Ghalib.In other recent Britney news, the pop singer was apparently seen leaving the dressing room of a store in LA...completely nude, having gone into the dressing room with Ghalib. According to a Fox News story, a store employee said, "I was blown away. Britney's private parts were right in front of me! She screamed, 'Get away from me! Don't you [bleep]ing come near me!' ... Then she disappeared in the dressing room with Adnan for 45 minutes. They were making weird noises. It was disgusting."
