British chanteuse Amy Winehouse reportedly took a swing at a paparazzi photographer who was bothering her while she stopped to buy a newspaper.Winehouse was on her way back from visiting jailbird husband Blake Fielder-Civil, amidst recent reports that their marriage is on the rocks and that they may divorce. Under British law, the pair cannot divorce until they've been married for a full year, so they'll have to stay married until at least May.
